PREDLITE FEBRIC PROGRAMME:-
RC Lamjung organized Pedlite febric training on chaitra 16-19, 2066 (29th to 31st March 2010) at LCCI hall. The coordinator of the training was rtr. Rabin shrestha. He has taken the responsibility of coordinating with the trainer through the president of RC Birjung and the assistant coordinator responsibility was taken by rtr. Man Maya Gurung and rtr. Bina Rana Magar. Altogether 38 participants participated the training without counting the number of club dignatories. The training was much fruitful. Many of the participants has appreciated the training. it was success because of the support of the coordinator and LCCI the program formally ended on the 31st March and Rtn.Pramod Kumar Shrestha presented in the closing session.
DISABLE CHILDREN SUPPORTED:-
On the date of 24th Magh(8th March 2010) on the occasion of International Women day celebration RC Lamjung supported 3 disabled p eople and children by providing stationeries, bags, bed sheets and school uniform .On behalf of RC Lamjung , President, Rtr.Pradeep Basnet and the Chief guest Dharma Raj Shrestha (Executive Director of Child welfare Board) jointly distributed the material to the disabled children/people. RC Lamjung has been supporting such the children in different occasions.
HIV AND AIDS DAY CELEBRATION:-
HIV&AIDS is a genuine issue of the nation and of the world. From the establishment of Rotaract Club of Lamjung, it has played its vital role for the awareness raising on HIV&AIDS with joint coordination of different organizations. It has conducted many street dramas at different places and organized street rallys under its lead. It has too conducted many interaction programs on the issues of HIV&AIDS. This year on December 1st has organized the rally with joint coordination's of many organizations as well as DACC. Many of the Rotaractors participated the activity. The message of the rally has touched many of people's heart. On the Occasion of the day RC Lamjung was awarded by giving the thank you letter and Certificate from DACC(DPHO).
